كتب النائب نديم الجميّل على منصة “أكس”: “بذكرى رفيقي بيار الجميّل، منستذكر مناضل شرس كان من الركائز الأساسية لثورة 14 آذار، وللوحدة الوطنية يلي كسرت الهيمنة السورية ورفعت صوت الحرية. بيار باقي رمز للسيادة وللبنان الحر، ورح نبقى أوفياء لخطّه ونضاله. رحم الله بيار وسمير الشرتوني”.

wrote on the “X” platform:“On the anniversary of my companion Pierre Gemayel, we remember a fierce fighter who was one of the main pillars of the March 14 Revolution and of the national unity that broke Syrian hegemony and raised the voice of freedom. Pierre remains a symbol of sovereignty and of a free Lebanon, and we will remain loyal to his path and his struggle. May God have mercy on Pierre and Samir Chartouni.”
